Garden Tractors

Garden tractors cut down on the labor needed to farm/cultivate any area bigger than, say, ¼-acre. Tractors are cool because you can buy a wide assortment of attachments for them that serve many different functions.

Garden tractors can be fitted with tilling attachments, mowing attachments, compacting attachments, hauling attachments, and more. A lot of these same tools are used in small gardens by hands, instead of a gas-fueled machine.

Older, vintage garden tractors have also become collector’s items. As agriculture becomes more and more automated, antique tractors have come to symbolize a dying era of family farms. For this reason, tractors have become valuable to some people.
